In case of emergency:
If you have a counseling emergency, please call 911. Or the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). Through the 24-Hour Crisis & Substance Use Helpline: 800-316-9241 or 210-223-SAFE (7233), the MCOT team may be dispatched to a person’s location for assessment. MCOT provides mental health assessments in emergency rooms and can recommend appropriate care for adults 18 years and older.

For youth 17 years and younger, please contact the Children’s Mobile Outreach Team (CMOT) at 800-316-9241 or 210-223-SAFE (7233), or bring the child to the Children’s Crisis Unit at 227 W. Drexel, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday for immediate crisis concerns.
