In case of emergency:
If you have a counseling emergency, please call 911. Or the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). Through the 24-Hour Crisis & Substance Use Helpline: 800-316-9241 or 210-223-SAFE (7233), the MCOT team may be dispatched to a person’s location for assessment. MCOT provides mental health assessments in emergency rooms and can recommend appropriate care for adults 18 years and older.

For youth 17 years and younger, please contact the Children’s Mobile Outreach Team (CMOT) at 800-316-9241 or 210-223-SAFE (7233), or bring the child to the Children’s Crisis Unit at 227 W. Drexel, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday for immediate crisis concerns.

Do you accept insurance?At this time, only Sarah, LCSW-S is able to accept insurance. Currently she is accepting: Aetna Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas Cigna Oscar Oxford United ​ In order to utilize insurance, clients must create a patient portal with Headway. It is a very simple process, instructions will be emailed from Headway on how to complete this.

What are your rates?All rates are based on the length of the session. Sarah's rates: 50 minutes- $125 80 minutes- $190 Urgent appointments- $200 (If you need support within 24 hours) Sunday appointments- $200 ​ LMSW rates: Intake session- $100 50 minutes- $75

How do I book with you?If you are a first time client, please leave a message on our confidential voicemail (830) 391- 8615 that includes your name, telephone number and the best time to reach you. Can I be seen in-person?At this time, Sarah has limited in-person availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day. Once in person demand increases, she will be able to offer more availability. Her office is on the Northeast side of San Antonio and she will provide the full address after a consultation, upon scheduling. At this time, LMSWs are only available via Telehealth.

What is your cancellation policy?We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We offer one grace "no call, no show." After that, you will be charged your full session fee.
